Anxiety, depression, or stress
Relationship troubles, including domestic violence
Parenting issues
Grief
Coping with illness
Post-traumatic stress disorder
The EAP offers a variety of ways to connect with a mental health provider: in person, virtual, and through Talkspace.
Find a Talkspace Provider
With Talkspace, you can find a mental health provider to talk to quickly by text, audio, or video. Watch this demo to sign up at talkspace.com/associatecare or download the Talkspace app. In the “Organization name” field, enter the letters “EAP”, a space, and Conduent (EAP Conduent). Complete the Talkspace QuickMatch™ provider finder questions to find a therapist who fits your needs and preferences.
