Enrolling

Get the information you need about how to enroll in the benefits Conduent offers our associates.

Enrolling as a New Hire or When You’re Newly Eligible

As a full-time associate, you’re eligible for benefits on your date of employment (also called date of hire). In some instances, your date of employment may be different than your first day of work at ConduentGenerally, you have 30 days to complete the enrollment process once we receive your information in BenefitWeb. If you miss this deadline, you will have only company-provided Basic Life and Long-Term Disability (LTD) for the remainder of the year unless you have a qualified life event.

Conduent will mail information to your home address and email address (both work and personal) listed in GEMS. The information will include your enrollment deadline.

If you have trouble enrolling or have questions about the enrollment process or your enrollment deadline, contact the Workplace Solutions Center at 1.888.471.2271 for assistance. Your enrollment deadline will not be extended.

When enrolling for the first time, you must complete these steps.

  • Register. On BenefitsWeb, follow the online instructions to register as a first-time user. Register using a personal email address and/or phone number that you can access outside of Conduent.

  • Set up your IVR PIN. While logged in to BenefitsWeb, click on your name in the upper right corner of the home page. Select Login & Recovery > Reset My Interactive Voice Response (IVR) PIN to establish your PIN. You will be asked to enter this PIN in order to speak with a Workplace Solutions Center representative.

How To Enroll

  1. Log in to BenefitsWeb.

  2. Begin the enrollment process and elect the benefits you want.

  3. Save and submit your elections.

  4. Print a copy of your confirmation statement for your records. Each covered dependent will have a checkbox indicating they are enrolled. If they don't have a checkbox by their name, they will not be enrolled.

Choose Carefully

After the enrollment deadline, you won’t be able to change your elections until the next Annual Enrollment period, unless you have a qualified life event. Qualified life events include birth or adoption of a child, marriage, divorce, a gain or loss of coverage. Generally, you have 31 days from the date the qualified life event occurred to make changes.

You have 60 days to change your elections if the qualifying change in status is:

  • Gain or loss of Medicaid or CHIP eligibility

  • Birth or adoption

  • You or your eligible dependents become eligible for COBRA coverage

If You’re Enrolled in a Kaiser Permanente, Triple-S, or HMSA Medical Plan

If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser Permanente, Humana, or HMSA medical plan, you must change your elections within 31 days from the birth or adoption.
