Create your account at go.noom.com/conduent. You'll enter the information below, and then answer a few health questions to help customize your account with personalized calorie ranges.
Associate: Enter your name, birth date and WIN ID.
Your spouse/domestic partner: They will enter their name, their birth date and your associate WIN ID (add an "S" to the end of your WIN ID).Download the Noom app and log in with your email.
